20世纪80年代之后,美国的商业性文件中心、信息管理服务发展成为具有相当规模且较为成熟的行业,受到国内外普遍认可与欢迎。他山之石,可以攻玉。文章从历史、组织、软硬件和经济四个方面,通过对美国主要的商业文件中心繁荣发展因素的分析,从中总结出可供我国借鉴的经验,为中国化商业性文件中心的建设提供参考。

After the 1980s, American commercial records centre,Information Management Services have developed to be a mature industry of considerable size, and have been widely recognized and welcomed by people all over the world. Stones from other mountains can be made into jade. From the respects of history, organization, software and hardware, economics, this article intends to sum up the American experience providing reference for construction of Chinese-commercial records center.
