中美档案馆比较——以档案馆的公共性为切入点

Archives Comparison between America and China—Starting with the Public Nature of Archives

文章对中美两国公共档案馆在馆舍建设和功能、馆藏内容和结构、开放观念和实践、服务机制和效果等方面进行了比较,提出目前美国是世界上档案开放程度最高的国家,我国的综合档案馆离真正的公共档案馆还有很大的差距,并对我国公共档案馆的发展提出了针对性的建议。

This article compares China＇s public archives with America＇s public archives from these respects such as construction and function of premises, content and structure of collection, awareness of opening and its practice, service mechanism and the effects. The author suggests that the United States is the highest opening country in archival field currently and there is a big gap between China＇s comprehensive archives and the real public archives, at last, the author makes targeted recommendations for the development of China＇s public archives.
