摘要
目的:研究高功率微波(HPM)照射后视网膜感光细胞中膜脂质的分子结构改变,探讨HPM的损伤机制。方法:通过显微FT-IR技术观察HPM照射前后大鼠视网膜冰冻切片中感光细胞外节的膜脂质分子特征吸收峰的位移与吸收值差异,分析脂质分子结构的改变情况。结果:HPM照后外节发生了膜脂质分子特征吸收峰的位移,并出现=C-H基团和C=O基团数量的下降。结论:HPM照射可导致外节膜脂质结构发生改变,生物膜可能是HPM效应的主要靶点,脂质过氧化反应是HPM视网膜损伤的重要机制。
Objective: To observe the effects of HPM on lipid structure of rod cell. Methods: Frozen sections of rat eye were analyzed by microspectroseopy in reflection mode in the rod cell to study the change of biomemhranes lipid. Re- suits :The Spectra result showed that there were significant spectral differences of the highest absorbance values for lipid and the absorption band of = C-I:t and C = 0 decreased after HPM exposure. Conclusion : The structure of lipids in rod cell changed post-irradiation, which maybe due to peroxidation, and the biomembranes are possible targets of HPM effects.
