摘要
随着光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)基础研究的不断深入和临床应用的广泛开展,根据患者的个体差异寻求高性能的光敏剂和精确量化光动力剂量,已成为亟待解决的难题,并日渐成为PDT研究的热点以ZnS包裹的CdSe量子点(CdSe-ZnS)作为光敏剂,以人前髓细胞(早幼细胞)株HL60为研究对象利用白行设计的光动力疗法反应室进行了PDT实验研究,获得了HL60细胞的最佳灭活参数:量子点浓度为2.0×10^(-6)mol/L,光剂剂量为18 J/cm^2。实验结果表明,在此参数情况下,对HL60细胞的灭活效率可以达到82.9%。
As PDT techniques continue to develop and find more potential clinical indications, seeking for a hlgh-per- formance photosensitizer and accurate dosimetry of PDT has become a critical and challenging goal for achieving satisfied individual treatments, and is becoming a hot spot of PDT research. CdSe coated with ZnS quantum dots (CdSe-ZnS) was adopted as a photosensitizer. The leukaemia cells HL60 was carried an experimental research in photodynamic therapy (PDT) based on QDs (CdSe-ZnS) by the use of our PDT reaction room. The best optical parameters of the vitro de- struction of HL60 cells were obtained: The density of QDs (CdSe-ZnS) is 2, 0 ~ l0s mol/L; the dosage of the irradia- tion is 18 J/cmz, and it can be up to 82.9% to the kill of HL60 under the.optical parameters.
