摘要
针对具有屏蔽寿命数据的并联系统,研究了广义指数部件的可靠性估计问题.利用极大似然方法和贝叶斯理论给出了部件未知参数和可靠度函数的极大似然估计及贝叶斯估计.最后通过随机模拟对两种估计的效果进行了比较,并研究了样本量和屏蔽水平对估计精度的影响.
The reliability estimation for generalized exponential components in the parallel system whose life data contains some masked data are discussed.The maximum likelihood estimations and Bayes estimations of the components’ unknown parameters and reliability functions are given by using maximum likelihood method and Bayes theory.Finally,random simulations are introduced to compare these two estimations and study the influence of sample size and masking level on the accuracy of the estimations.
