摘要
钢筋锈蚀导致混凝土过早开裂,钢筋混凝土承载力降低,是目前结构耐久性降低的主要原因。通过线性极化方法对不同水灰比和不同掺合料的混凝土钢筋锈蚀进行研究,测得了钢筋混凝土的极化电阻、锈蚀电流和锈蚀速率。结果表明:对于同一种胶凝材料,随着水灰比的降低极化电阻增大,锈蚀电流和锈蚀速率减小;矿渣和粉煤灰的掺入也提高了钢筋混凝土的抗锈蚀能力。
Steel corrosion leads to early crack of concrete and decrease of bearing capacity of reinforced concrete,this is the major reason for re-duction of structure durability.In this paper,polarization resistance,corrosion current and corrosion rate are obtained through the study of linear polarization method for reinforced concrete corrosion of different water-cement ratios and different admixtures.The results show that:for same ce-mentitious material,with the decrease of water-cement ratio,polarization resistance increases,corrosion current and corrosion rate decrease;the mix of slag and fly ash also increases the resistance capacity of reinforced concrete corrosion.
