再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能研究 被引量:20

摘要 混凝土的抗氯离子性能将影响到整体结构的耐久性能,再生混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能的研究对再生混凝土的实际运用具有重要作用。根据JTJ 270—98《水运工程混凝土试验规程》对再生混凝土内水溶性氯离子含量进行测定,考虑不同水灰比与再生骨料取代率情况,并与普通混凝土进行对比,得出再生混凝土内氯离子渗入的水溶性氯离子浓度较高,其含量约为普通混凝土的1.2倍;随着水灰比的提高,再生混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能降低;随再生骨料取代率的提高,混凝土内各范围内的水溶性氯离子含量增加。 The concrete performance of resistance to chloride ion will affect the durability of the overall structure.resistance to chloride penetra-tion of recycled concrete ion plays an important role on the actual use of recycled concrete.According to JTJ 270—98"Water Transport Engineer-ing Concrete testing procedures",taking into account different water cement ratio and replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,and compare with the ordinary concrete,the water-soluble chloride ion content in recycled concrete was determined.This paper obtains water-soluble chloride ion concentration in recycled concrete was higher than ordinary concrete,and its content is about 1.2 times of ordinary concrete;With the improve-ment of water-cement ratio,resistance to chloride ion permeability of recycled concrete is decreased;with recycled aggregate replacement rate in-crease,The range of water-soluble chloride ion content in concrete increased.
