摘要
试验研究了石粉等量替代水泥后砌筑砂浆的干缩性能的影响,结果表明采用适量的石粉等量替代水泥可以有效减小砂浆的收缩值,对砂浆早期干缩性能影响更为显著;影响效果随着水灰比的减小而增大。分析了水灰比和石粉取代水泥量对砂浆收缩性能影响的相关关系,可供工程应用选取最佳水灰比和石粉掺量。
Experiments were carried out to investigate the shrinkage of masonry mortar affected by content of stone power replacing cement in same weight.The results shows that proper content of stone power replacing of cement in same weight is helpful for effectively reducing dry-shrinkage of mortar especially in early ages,the reduction increases with the decrease of W/C.Meanwhile,the relationships of W/C and con-tent of stone powder replacing cement in affecting dry-shrinkage of masonry mortar are analyzed,which can be as reference for selecting optimum W/C and content of stone power in practices.
