摘要
采用红外热像仪与温度传感器监测设备,对含缺陷的混凝土试件进行了检测。通过试验结合数值分析的手段,建立一种基于红外热成像与温度场有限元模拟的混凝土无损检测技术方法。试验及模拟计算的结果表明,红外热成像法与温度场有限元模拟均能有效地检测出试件中的缺陷,两者相结合能更全面准确的揭示出混凝土内的结构信息。
Infrared imaging and temperature sensor monitoring equipment are used to detect the defect of concrete.By means of experiment and numerical analysis,establish a nondestructive testing method for concrete based on infrared thermal imaging and the finite element simulation of temperature field.Experimental and simulation results show that infrared thermal imaging method and the finite element simulation of temperature field can effectively detect the defect in the sample,combine the both can more comprehensively and accurately reveal the information of internal concrete structure.
