再生混凝土应用于预制中空隔墙的试验研究

Experiment research on using recycled concrete to precast hollow partition

进行了再生混凝土配合比试验,确定了合适的再生混凝土配合比。对使用此再生混凝土制作的中空隔墙进行了一系列性能测试。研究表明:再生混凝土取代率低于70%时,其强度能够满足使用要求;使用这种再生混凝土制作的中空隔墙具有良好的物理力学性质。

The appropriate mix proportions of the recycled concrete （RC）was found out by experiment.The properties of RC hollow partition are investigated systematically.The results of experiment indicate that if the content of waste concrete was less than 70% the mechanical behavior of the partition is acceptable.When the content of wastes was appropriate the hollow partition precast with recycled concrete have good physical properties.
