做好新形势下群众工作的指导方针--学习胡锦涛总书记“七一”讲话的体会

胡锦涛总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话中,论述了做好新形势下群众工作的指导方针。之所以强调必须高度重视和切实做好新形势下的群众工作,是因为在这方面我们正面临着一系列新情况、新问题和新挑战。针对这些新情况、新问题、新挑战,胡锦涛总书记在"七一"讲话中系统地提出和深刻地阐述了我们党做好新形势下群众工作的指导方针:一是从我们党的性质宗旨和指导思想上重申和强调我们党的群众观点、群众立场;二是把"以人为本、执政为民"奉为"指引、评价、检验我们党一切执政活动的最高标准";三是要"拜人民为师,把政治智慧的增长、执政本领的增强深深扎根于人民的创造性实践之中";四是把巩固和发展党同人民群众的血肉联系体现在中国特色社会主义的制度建设之中。

In the speech on the 90th anniversary of the CPC,the general secretary Hu Jintao expounded the guideline of doing well the work of masses in the new situation.The reason to place so much emphasis on this is a series of new problems and new challenges that confront us.Hu Jintao stressed four points.First the point of view of masses was reiterated in terms of our party's nature;second,'man the first and exercising power for the people' was taken as the ultimate standard to guide,assess and evaluate our party's work;third,we should take people as our teacher and accumulate our wisdom from the creative practice of the people,and fourth,the close relation between the party and the people should be embodied in the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
