重新认识淋巴结清扫在前列腺癌根治术中的意义 被引量：3

摘要 前列腺癌根治术是局限性前列腺癌的有效治疗方法。国内常用的手术方式是在行前列腺癌根治术前先行盆腔淋巴结切除术，如术中发现有盆腔淋巴结转移，则通常意味着预后不良，患者丧失行根治手术的时机，处理方式是不做前列腺根治性切除，而改为内分泌治疗。近年来的一些研究结果提示，对于盆腔淋巴结阳性患者行前列腺根治性切除可提高其远期生存率。因此，我们必须重新认识淋巴结清扫在前列腺癌根治术中的意义。
