摘要
该文基于潜油直驱应用,对圆筒形直线永磁同步电动机进行研究开发。采用模块化叠片定子铁心结构、轴向充磁磁体结构及9槽/10极电机单元组成电机样机,采用动密封型式满足实际恶劣工作环境的密封要求。通过电磁场分析设计小型工程样机,并进行了样机制作和试验,试验表明,样机电机具有高出力、高运行效率特点,能够满足实际工程需要,为实际工程样机的设计制作打下基础。
Based on the direct drive submersible applications, the cylindrical permanent magnet linear synchronous motor was researched and developed. Modular structure of laminated stator core, axial magnetizing magnet structure and 9-slot/10 pole motor prototype motor modules compose the protoype motor. And the use of dynamic seal type to meet the actual requirements of harsh environments sealed. Through electromagnetic analysis a low power engineering prototype motor was designed. The performance test was carried out. The test result shows that the protoype motor has higher power, high efficiency, and can meet the actual project needs. This process prouides a good foundation for the production of actual motor.
