协作技能的结构及量表编制被引量：12

摘要针对协作技能测量工具缺失的现实问题,论文界定了协作技能的内涵;借鉴CSCW关于协作的分类和描述,建构了协作技能的结构模型;遵循量表开发的基本规范,编制完成二阶三因素一阶九因素结构的协作技能量表。同时,量表的信度和效度分析表明,各项基本指标均符合心理学测量要求,适用于学生协作技能的测评。
