直流换流站阀厅内部场域电位和电场强度子模型法数值求解 被引量:28

Numerical Solution of Potential and Electric Field Intensity in Field Domain of Valve Hall of DC Converter Station by Sub-model Method

摘要 阀厅内部电场强度控制是超/特高压直流输电线路建设中相对重要的环节,阀厅内部设备结构复杂,交直流混合,增大了设备表面场强的计算难度。为达到阀厅内部场强全模型求解精度,对建模过程、计算机求解能力均提出更高的要求,且数值模拟不易简化模型,必须全模型建模。利用CAD三维建模软件实现阀厅内部的精细建模,并利用16核高性能工作站平台实现阀厅内部场域的电位和电场强度计算,为提高求解精度,提出逐步子模型求解法,建模时对关注区域进行分块建模,组合后便于对局部关注区域进行子模型细化求解。计算结果表明,在当前设计方案及电位加载方式下,阀厅内部金具表面最大场强符合特高压直流阀厅内部电场强度控制要求,并验证了子模型计算的正确性和可性能。 The control of internal electric field intensity inside the valve hall is a relatively important content in the construction of EHV/UHV DC power transmission projects. The complex structure of devices inside the valve hall and coexistence AC and DC devices make the calculation of surface field intensity of the devices more difficult. To reach the full model solving precision of electric field intensity inside the valve hall, there are higher requirements for the modeling process and solving ability of computer, besides due to,the difficulty of model simplification in numerical simulation the full-modeling is necessary. Utilizing three-dimensional CAD modeling software the fine modeling for the interior of the valve hall is implemented, and the calculation of potential and electric field intensity of the internal field domain is implemented on 16-core high-performance workstation platform. To improve the accuracy of solution, a step-by-step sub-model solving method is proposed: during the modeling, the partitioning modeling is applied to the concerned region in order to perform fine solution of sub-model for concerned local area. Calculation results show that under current design scheme and potential loading mode, the maximum field intensity on the surface of the fittings inside the valve hall can meet the requirement of electric intensity control inside the valve hall, and the correctness and feasibility of the sub-model calculation are verified.
