摘要
制备了AB2型Laves相Ti-Zr-Mn-Cr-V-Fe系列氢压缩材料,对于V-Fe、Mn/Cr比值和Zr含量对合金吸放氢平台特性和热力学性能的影响进行了研究,优化出具有优异综合储氢性能的氢压缩材料Ti0.9Zr0.1Mn1.4Cr0.35V0.2Fe0.05合金。该合金具有较低的吸放氢平台压力、较小的压力滞后和平坦的平台特性,其放氢反应的焓变也很大,是一种氢压缩比很高的合金材料,可以在油浴热源介质的作用下实现非常高的氢气增压。
AB2-type Ti-Mn based Laves phase hydrogen storage alloys were prepared for metal hydride hydrogen compressor.The effect of V-Fe,Mn/Cr value and Zr content on the hydrogen storage properties and thermodynamic performance of the alloys were investigated.The alloy Ti0.9Zr0.1Mn1.4Cr0.35V0.2Fe0.05 was optimized from the studied alloys due to its comprehensive hydrogen storage properties.This alloy showed relatively low equilibriums during hydrogen absorption and desorption,small hysteresis and flat hydrogen plateau.Furthermore,the alloy showed large enthalpy change during dehydring process and large compression ratio.Product hydrogen gas with high pressure could be achieved by this alloy with the hot oil as the heat exchange medium.
