摘要
金属储氢材料十分适合于车载储氢。由于储氢材料在吸放氢过程中,伴随有大量的反应热,而反应热的释放与传播速率会直接影响储氢装置效用的发挥。因此,在使用过程中有必要对金属储氢系统内部的温度场实施适当的控制。本文利用Matlab编写金属储氢材料放氢过程实时热仿真程序,用于计算不同车辆运行工况下储氢罐内的温度分布,以便得到当前情况下耗热量,对其进行加热控制。基于热分析的结果,文中给出了热控制系统的设计方案分析。
Hydrogen absorbing alloys have quiet good characters at storage hydrogen in vehicles.When hydrogen storage material is desorption /absorption,they create a lot of reaction heat flux which have strong impact on hydrogen storage equipments.Thus,we have to control the temperature field of the hydrogen storage system properly.By using Matlab an emulator are compiled in this article,which could real-time calculate the temperature distribution of hydrogen storage system in different vehicle situations,in order to control the heat process.Based on the thermal analysis of the data,the heat control system designing proposal are pointed out.
