摘要
本文通过对威远县退耕还林工程建设及其成果巩固的调查,阐述了在工程建设和管理模式方面取得的经验和成效,并针对如何解决好当前存在的问题以巩固现有成果提出了具体的措施和建议。
On the basis of investigations of the implementation and achievements of the Defarming-and-afforestation Project,this article deals with the experience and effect gotten from the Project implementation and management modes in Weiyuan county.It also presents some specific measures and suggestions for how to solve the existing problems and consolidate its achievements.
