宁神补心片质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Ningshenbuxin Tablets

目的建立宁神补心片的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中的五味子、熟地黄、首乌藤、合欢皮,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量。结果五味子、熟地黄、首乌藤、合欢皮薄层鉴别效果好;丹酚酸B进样量在0.137 0～2.055 6μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法准确简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于宁神补心片的质量控制。

Objective To develop a quality standard of Ningshenbuxin Tablets.Methods TLC was applied to the identification of Schisandra chinensis,prepared rehmannia root,Caulis polygonum multiflorum,Silktree albizia bark in Ningshenbuxin Tablets.In addition,HPLC was used to determine the quantity of salvianolic acid B in Ningshenbuxin Tablets.Results The TLC identification of Schisandra chinensis,prepared rehmannia root,Caulis polygonum multiflorum and Silktree albizia bark was with good results.Salvianolic acid B had the good linearity in the range of 0.137 0-2.055 6 μg with the peak area.The average recovery rate was 99.6%,RSD=1.1%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is accurate,simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility,which could be used for the quality control of Ningshenbuxin Tablets.
