我院327例药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 327 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital

目的促进临床合理用药。方法对2008年至2009年医院上报的327份药品不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果静脉滴注较其他给药途径更易发生药品不良反应,共191例,占58.41%。抗感染药引发药品不良反应的比例最高,共216例,占66.06%,头孢菌素类是引发药品不良反应的主要抗染药物(共64例,占19.57%),其次为中药制剂。药品不良反应的临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损害为主,其次为消化系统损害。结论临床应重视药品不良反应报告和监测工作,以避免或减少药品不良反应发生。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and general patterns of adverse drug reactions（ADR） occurred in our hospital in order to promote rational clinical drug use.Methods 327 cases of ADR collected during 2008 —2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the total cases,191 cases（58.41%） were induced via intravenous drip,216 cases（66.06%） were induced by anti-infective drugs,in which,cephalothins accounted for 19.57%（64 cases）,followed by Chinese medicine preparations.The main presentations of ADRs were skin rash,pruritus and lesions of skin and its appendages followed by the lesion of digestive system.Conclusion It should be paid more attention to the ADR report and monitoring in clinic in order to avoid or decrease the occurrence of ADR.
