2009年我院门诊患者中药注射剂用药分析

Analysis on Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Outpatients

目的分析医院门诊中药注射剂用药情况,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取2009年1月至2009年12月门诊处方10 400张,对中药注射剂用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额、日均费用及用药指数(DUI)进行分析。结果中药注射剂用药金额占处方总金额的12.28%;复方甘草酸苷注射液、注射用炎琥宁和舒血宁注射液位于用药频度排序前3位,大多数中药注射剂的药物利用指数不超过1。结论门诊中药注射剂应用比例较高,使用基本合理,但仍有不足,须引起重视。

Objective To investigate the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital.Methods A total of 10 400 outpatient prescriptions were randomly collected from January 2009 to December 2009,and those containing traditional Chinese medicine injections were analyzed by using defined daily dose（DDDs）,amount of money,fee expense per day and drug utilization index（DUI）.Results The proportion of traditional Chinese medicine injections prescription consumption to total prescription was 12.28%;Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection,Yanhuning Injection and Shuxuening Injection were leading the top 3 in terms of DDDs.Most of drugs showed the value of DUI equal to or less than 1.Conclusion The use rate of the traditional Chinese medicine injections is higher in our hospital.The utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections is basically rational,but there are some shortages which should call for great attention in clinic.
