百合安神汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者30例

Baihe Anshen Decoction for Treating Type 2 Diabetes Complicating Depression in 30 Cases

目的观察百合安神汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选择2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者60例,随机均分为治疗组与对照组。在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上,对照组口服氟西汀,治疗组口服百合安神汤,疗程8周。治疗前后分别测抑郁症评分并观察药品不良反应。结果百合安神汤可明显改善抑郁症状,治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论百合安神汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症安全、有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Baihe Anshen Decoction for treating type 2 diabetes complicating depression.Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes complicating depression were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes,the control group was given oral fluoxetine and the treatment group received oral Baihe Anshen Decoction for 8 weeks.The depression scores were measured before and after treatment and the adverse drug reactions were observed.Results Baihe Anshen Decoction could significantly improve the depressive symptoms.The HAMD scores before and after treatment showed statistical difference（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion Baihe Anshen Decoction is safe and effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating depression.
