As the main Assistant minister of eouncil of ministers of Tianshun, Li Xian was pressed into service; he schemed national affairs and appease the people, made the Ming Dynasty break out of a crisis. This is the period of formation and practice of his ideology on administer affairs, and this ideology became statecraft during his political career in Tianshun, which is conducive to that era.
