摘要
分析总结了我国行政问责制度建设中的一些问题:问责主体的实质性"缺位",问责内容的异化,问责类型的交互替代或混淆,问责标准缺乏客观、公正性,问责官员复出机制缺失。并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施。
Some problems in construction of national executive accountability system ：are analyzed and summed-up： substantially absence of subject of investigating, dissimilation of accountability content, mutual substitution or confusion of accountability types, the lack of objective and fair standards, the lack of reinstated rules. Some relevant measures for problems are put forward.
