洛赛克治疗慢性呼吸衰竭伴上消化道出血疗效观察

目的观察洛赛克治疗慢性呼吸衰竭伴上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取105例慢性呼吸衰竭伴上消化道出血患者,随机分为两组,均采用吸氧、止咳及平喘等对症支持治疗。50例患者在常规治疗基础上采用1.0甲氰咪胍静脉滴注治疗为对照组,55例患者在常规治疗基础上采用洛赛克治疗为治疗组,两组患者均治疗1周,观察比较两组患者临床效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为96.36%,对照组治疗总有效率为82.00%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,两组差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛赛克作为一种质子泵抑制剂不仅能显著减少胃酸分泌,且能增加胃粘膜血流量,对于慢性呼吸衰竭伴上消化道出血患者止血迅速,效果明显,值得临床推广使用。

Objective to observe the treatment of chronic,los respiratory failure with the clinical effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods the 105 cases of chronic respiratory failure patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,randomly divided into two groups,all use oxygen,cough and asthma symptomatic treatment with support.50 patients in conventional treatment on the basis of 1.0 a cyanide microphones pill intravenous drip treatment as control group,55 patients in a routine therapy on the Imsis, the treatment of los treatment group,two groups of patients were treatment 1 week,and observe compared between the two groups, the clinical effect.Resuks the total effective rate in treatment group was 96.36%,the total effective rate of 82.00% in the control group therapy,the treatment group than in control group curative effect is distinct, two groups was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion los ＂g as a proton pump inhibitors not only can significantly reduce the gastric acid secretion, and can increase gastric mucosal blood flow,for chronic respiratory failure patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, quickly obvious effect,bleeding is worth clinical spread the use of it.
