摘要
目的研究应用Gamma钉和DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术效果。方法按手术内固定方法不同随机分为Gamma钉组和DHS组各31例,比较2组的疗效及手术指征及并发症情况。结果与DHS组比较,Gamma钉组手术用时少,切口小,术中出血少,内固定失败发生率低(P<0.05)。且Gamma钉组的有效率明显高于DHS组(P<0.05)。结论对于股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗,Gamma钉比DHS固定牢固,出血少,疗效好,并发症少,临床医生可以根据2种固定方法各自的优缺点选择合适的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the Gamma nail and DHS treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the surgical results.Methods The method of internal fixation group were randomly divided into the Gamma nail and DHS group 31 patients were compared the efficacy and surgical indications and complications.Resuks Compared with the DHS,Gamma nail group less surgical time,smaller incision,less bleeding and lower incidence of fixation failure （P〈0.05）.And the Gamma nail group was remarkably higher than the DHS group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures,Gamma nails firmly fixed than the DHS,less bleeding and better efficacy,fewer complications,according to both clinicians advantages and disadvantages of each kind of fixation select the appropriate surgical approach
