循证护理在气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石中的应用

Evidence-Based Nursing in Pneumatic Ballistic Lithoclast Application for Complex Kidney Stones

目的对采用气压弹道碎石术对复杂性肾结石进行治疗的患者进行循证护理的体会进行总结,为今后临床对该类患者进行更好更周到的循证护理提供可靠依据。方法随机抽取在2006年5月至2010年5月这四年时间里,在我院就诊的采用气压弹道碎石术对复杂性肾结石进行治疗,并在手术后接受循证护理的患者病例78例。对这些患者的病例资料进行全面系统的分析,着重总结循证护理在对该类患者进行护理时的方法和要点,对护理体会和作用进行总结。结果研究结果表明,所有采用气压弹道碎石术对复杂性肾结石进行治疗的患者在接受了我们的循证护理以后均没有出现了术后并发症,并且都在预期时间内恢复健康并出院。结论对采用气压弹道碎石术对复杂性肾结石进行治疗的患者,在其手术之后进行循证护理,对其预防术后并发症的出现和迅速恢复健康有积极的促进作用,值得临床使用和推广。

Objective To adopt pneumatic ballistic lithoclast treatment of complexity patients with kidney stone evidencebased nursing summarizes the experience for the future of this kind,patients with clinical better,more thoughtful evidence-based nursing provide reliable basis.Methods In May 2006 randomly on May 2010,the four years d doctors in our hospital from using pneumatic ballistic litheclast treatment d complexity,and kidney stone after surgery to accept the cases evidence-based nursing 78 cases.The patients of cases data analysis of the full system,this paper summarizes the evidence-based nursing care of patients with this kind of method and points for nursing experience and function were summm＇ized in this paper.Results The results of the study show that,all adopt pneumatic ballistic litheclast treatment of complexity in patients with kidney stone accepted our evidence-based nursing after all did not appear in the postoperative complications,and all are expected time restore health and released.Conclusion To adopt pneumatic ballistic lithecisst treatment of complexity of patients with kidney stone,in its after surgery for evidence-based nursing,preventing the postoperative complications to emerge and rapid recovery have a positive effect,worth clinical use and promotion.
