摘要
目的:考察3种反相柱色谱材料对黄酮苷类成分的分离。方法:采用RP-18、ODS和ODS-AQ 3种反相材料分离纯化黄酮苷类成分。结果:不同材料对黄酮苷类成分纯化效果不同。结论:ODS-AQ对饿蚂蝗黄酮苷纯化效果最好。
Objective： To assay the effect of three kinds of reverse phase chromatography material to isolate flavonoid glycosides.Methods： Flavonoid glycosides was purified by three reversed phase column chromatography materials,RP-18,ODS and ODS-AQ 3.Results： The different materials had different effects on the purification of flavonoid glycosides.Conclusion： ODS-AQ has better purification efficiency.
