摘要
目的:分析放射治疗前、后小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,探讨放射治疗所致的免疫系统损伤在细胞学和分子水平上的机制。方法:流式细胞术分别检测不同放射剂量昆明小鼠的外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+CD25high调节性T细胞比例。结果:放射治疗组外周血CD3+、CD4、CD8+T细胞比例低于未放射治疗组(P<0.05);CD4+CD25high调节性T细胞比例高于未放射治疗组(P>0.05)。结论:放射治疗可造成小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群抑制,有可能成为肿瘤患者有效的免疫监测指标。
Objective: To analysize the changes in T-Lymphocyte Subsets in peripheral blood of the mice,and investigate the cellular and molecular mechanism of immune system injury induced by irradiation.Methods: The peripheral blood was collected from different radiotherapy dose of the mice.The changes of T-lymphocyte subsets CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ and CD4+CD25highregulatory T cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results: TheT lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ have distinctly reduced after irradiation(P〈0.05);CD4+CD25highregulatory T cells shows marked increase compared with that the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The radiotherapy can inhibit T lymphocyte subsets in mice which can be a useful index for monitoring the immunity function.
