摘要
目的:了解开封市市售蔬菜中有机磷农药残留情况方法:随机采集3种类别共248份新鲜蔬菜,用气象色谱法进行有机磷农药残留量检测。结果:叶菜类蔬菜有机磷农药残留超标率明显高于果菜类蔬菜和根茎类蔬菜;开封市售蔬菜中污染最为严重的有机磷农药主要为甲胺磷、甲拌磷、敌敌畏、对硫磷及地亚农等农药;夏秋季节有机磷农药检出率和超标率明显高于冬春季节。结论:开封市市售蔬菜有机磷农药的污染较为严重,需进一步加强对农药安全使用的管理,提高农民素质,科学施药,从而消除农药对人体健康的安全隐患。
Objective: To understand the organophosphorus pesticide residues of the vegetables in Kaifeng City Markets.Methods: 248 copies of the three categories of fresh vegetables were collected randomly,and organophosphorus pesticide residues were detected with the weather chromatography.Results: The exceeding rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues in leafy vegetables was significantly higher than that in fruit and root vegetables.The main organophosphorus pesticides which polluted vegetables in Kaifeng markets was methamidophos,phorate,dichlorvos,parathion,Diazinon and other pesticides.The detection and exceeding rate of organophosphorus pesticides was significantly higher in summer and autumn than that in winter and spring.Conclusion: The organophosphorus pesticide residues are very serious in the vegetables in Kaifeng markets,the management of the safety of pesticides needs strengthening.We should enhance the farmers' quality and science spraying,and eliminate the pesticides' security risks on human health.
