新活素治疗对心力衰竭患者肺毛细血管压的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察新活素对心力衰竭患者肺毛细血管压(PCWP)的影响。方法将30例心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予新活素加常规纠正心功能治疗;对照组予常规治疗,观察两组用药前后PCWP的变化。结果治疗组在降低肺毛细血管压方面与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新活素治疗可能通过降低肺毛细血管压而治疗心力衰竭。
