过度降压导致分水岭脑梗死34例临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨降压不当与脑分水岭梗死的临床关系。方法对因过度降压治疗后出现的脑分水岭梗死患者34例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果过度降压后出现分水岭脑梗死的患者,81%存在颅内外血管狭窄或闭塞。结论对老年高血压患者要完善颅内外血管检查,以防过度降压导致脑分水岭梗死。
