石家庄市长安区儿童肥胖现状分析

Study on the prevalence rate of obesity among children of Changan District,Shijiazhuang City

目的了解石家庄市长安区儿童肥胖的现状,为研究儿童肥胖的影响因素及干预措施提供依据。方法以学校为单位,采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取长安区33所小学7～13岁的19703名学生为研究对象,测量身高、体重,计算出体质指数。以中国肥胖问题工作组2003年制定的《中国学龄儿童青少年超重、肥胖筛查BMI值分类标准》对石家庄市长安区儿童肥胖状况进行分析。结果 石家庄市长安区儿童肥胖率为13.29%,男生为15.94%,女生为10.32%,男孩肥胖检出率高于女孩,差异有统计学意义。不同性别各年龄组的儿童肥胖检出率除了12、13岁的差异无统计学意义,其他年龄组儿童肥胖检出率差异均有统计学意义。不同年龄间的儿童肥胖检出率异差别无统计学意义。结论 石家庄市长安区儿童肥胖率较高,应引起重视,并及早予以预防和控制。

Objective To study the prevalence of obesity among children of Changan District,Shijiazhuang city,so as to understand the rate of obesity,influencing factors and bring forward intervention measures. Methods Cluster sampling method was carried out.Check-up was conducted among 19703 pupils from 33 elementary schools in Changan District,and screened by ＂BMI reference for screening overweight and obesity in Chinese children and adolescents＂. Results The prevalence rate of children obesity was13.29%,（male,15.94%,female,10.32%）.The prevalence rate of male obesity was higher than that of female with significant difference.The difference of prevalence of obesity in the 7-11 year old pupils was significant between different sexes.There was no significant difference between different age groups. Conclusion The prevalence of obesity in children of Changan District in Shi Jiazhuang was relatively high.More attention should be paid to childhood obesity and effective intervention should be carried out.
