检测大肠杆菌0157:H7免疫传感器三种酶固定方法的效果比较

摘要 肠出血性大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli 0157:H7)是危害严重的致病肠道菌之一,欧美、日本等国都有多次暴发流行及散发病例报道,对人类健康构成严重威胁,因此建立特异、灵敏及快速的Ecoli 0157:H7检测方法显得尤为重要。
