脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎42例疗效观察

Cerebrospinal Fluid Replacement Combined with Intrathecal Injection of 42 Patients with Tuberculous Meningitis Observation

目的本文通过对在我院收治的42例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床资料,探讨脑脊液置换术联合鞘内注射治疗结合性脑膜炎的临床效果。方法选择2005年8月至2010年2月,在我院治疗的结核性脑膜炎患者42例,随机平均分为2组,观察组进行脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗,对照组进行抗结核常规治疗。结果观察组治愈16例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率为95.24%,在治愈率和总有效率方面与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射能够缩短疗程、清除脑脊液蛋白、改善脑脊液的循环功能、防止并发症、降低死亡率,是安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective In this paper, in 42 patients in our hospital in patients with tuberculous meningitis clinical data. Of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy combined with intrathecal injection of the clinical effects of meningitis.Methods Select August 2005 to February 2010, at our hospital 42 patients with tuberculous meningitis,Were randomly divided into two groups,Observation group combined with intrathecal injection of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy,conventional anti-TB treatment control group.Resuks 16 patients were cured,4 cases improved and 1 case,the total effective rate was 95.24%,In terms of cure rate and total effective compared with the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection to shorten the course of treatment,Clear cerebrospinal fluid protein,improve the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid,Prevent complications and reduce mortality,is safe and effective treatment.
