对磨牙正锁合的矫治效果进行比较研究

The Comparison of the Effect of the Locked Molars Orthodontic Treatment

目的评价2种方法矫治磨牙正锁合中下颌舌倾磨牙的临床疗效。方法临床选择患者24例28对磨牙正锁合随机分为2组:对照组采用上下磨牙交互牵引方法,观察组采用方丝转矩方法,从治疗时间长短与下颌磨牙舌倾的角度改变多少来比较2种方法的治疗效果。结果方丝转矩的方法矫治磨牙正锁合的效果优于上下磨牙交互牵引的效果,不依赖于患者。结论持续有效的力系统更有利于正锁合的矫治。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the two methods correcting the mandible and the tongue tilt in locked molars orthodontic treatment.Methods Choose 24 patients （28 pairs of locked molars） and randomly divide them into two groups：The upper and lower molars interactive drawing method was used by the control group.The fang silk torque method was used by the observation group.Compare the curing effect of the two methods according to the curing time and the angle change of the mandible molar and the tongue tilt.Results The effect of the fang silk torque method correcting locked molars is superior to that of the upper and down molars interactive drawing method without depending on the patients.Conclusion The continuous effective dynamic system is mere beneficial to the orthodontic treatment of locked molars.
