彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌瘤的鉴别诊断

目的评价经腹及经阴道超声对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对76例子宫肌瘤36例子宫腺肌瘤患者进行术前经腹及经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查并与术后病理结果对照分析。结果超声诊断子宫肌瘤符合率92%;子宫腺肌瘤符合率86%。结论彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤具有重要的诊断及鉴别价值。

Objective Evaluating the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of transabdominal and transvaginal sonog- raphy for hysteromyoma and adenomyoma.Methods 76 patients with hysteromyoma and 36 patients with adenomyoma were examined by the transabdominal and transvaginal sonography before operation,the sonography results were compared with pathology results after operation.Results The coincidence of hysteromyoma which were diagnosed by sonomyoma was 92%. The coincidence of adenomyoma which were diagnosed by sonomyoma was 86%.Conclusion The color doppler sonography have meaningful diagnosis and differential diagnosis value for hysteromyoma and adenomyoma.
