摘要
在实验的基础上选用塔滤吹脱——接触氧化工艺处理化肥厂氨氨废水,使出水浓度低于10mg/l;井提出实验室最佳运行参数及工艺流程;采用空气预热的方法较好地解决了严寒地区结冰期吹脱塔运行的问题,通过控制 pH 值和选用塑料条板填料克服了塔内结垢的弊端。
The combined method of ammonia stripping and contact oxidation was yield in treatment of wastewater from fertilizer industry.By experim- ent,the optinum operating parameters were acquired,the best flow chart was selected,and ammonianitrogen was less than 10 mg/1 in outlet wastew- ater.Concerning the temperature of inlet wastewater,the better purificat- ion result was achieved in freeze season by preheating inlet air.with con- troling PH value and selecting plastic filling filler,the lath of CaCo_3 was overcome in pilot plant.
