摘要
针对超深地下连续墙顶拔锁口管或接头箱困难的技术难点,结合上海世博500 kV地下变电站基坑工程介绍工字形型钢接头在超深地下连续墙工程中的应用。详细介绍了该接头型式的特点、设计、构造与施工要点,并针对圆形基坑超深地下连续墙的受力特点,采用三维有限元模型分析该接头型式在不均匀荷载作用下的复杂受力状态与变形。
To counter the technique difficulties in pulling out joint pipe or joint banjo during the construction of ultra-deep diaphragm wall,with the example of excavation of the Shanghai 500 kV World Expo Underground Transmission and Substation,the application of"I"formed steel joint in ultra-deep diaphragm wall project is discussed.The characteristics, design,constitution and construction points of this joint are introduced in detail.And considering the mechanical characteristic of ultra-deep diaphragm wall in circular excavation,3D FEM model is used to analyze the mechanical reaction and displacement of the"I"formed steel joint under un-homogenous load.
