摘要
小组合作学习是目前各学校广泛倡导的学习方式,但与之相适应的课堂教学组织形式,还存在一些实践操作上的误区,表现为:学生合作小组分组不合理;小组分工不明确;课堂节奏太快,学生没时间进行充分的合作交流;教师的评价简单,不能调动学生合作探究的积极性等。改进措施为:科学分组,合理搭配;任务驱动,及时指导;设置的合作任务难度适当;评价科学,充分激励;教学重结果更重过程。
Nowadays,cooperative learning is one of the most popular ways in every school.However,there are some misunderstandings of practice about the teaching form in the classes.For example,students can not divide groups reasonably;the division of the task is not very clear;the rhythm of the class is so quick that the students will not have enough time to cooperate and discuss together;the teachers' evaluation is too simple to arouse the students' enthusiasm of exploring.The effective ways to change this kind of situation are:to divide groups scientifically,and match students reasonably;task-orientation timely instruction,and proper difficulty of setting task,scientific evaluation,sufficient inspiration,emphasis of the process of learning as well as the results.
