论常规生化项目检测受采血时间与体位的影响

目的探讨采血时间和采血体位对生化检验结果的影响。为临床检测提供准确的参考数据。方法严格按照操作规范对我院60例患者采取立位和卧位各采集静脉血5mL,分别采入真空分离胶采血管内;对30名健康体检者(年龄19～42岁)先空腹12h采血5mL,一顿标准餐后1h再采血5mL,分别采入真空分离胶采血管内,离心后上机测定常规生化项目。结果对各组实验结果数据进行统计学分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论不同的采血体位和采血时间对生化结果的一些项目产生一定影响。
