合并有其它性病的尿道尖锐湿疣的治疗(附27例)

目的探讨合并其它性传播疾病的尿道口尖锐湿疣综合治疗的疗效。方法对27例同时患有单纯性淋病和/或非淋菌性尿道炎的尿道口尖锐湿疣患者进行对疣体二氧化碳激光或冷冻治疗,并同时治疗存在的尿道炎,随访观察疗效。结果患者经过1～4次的治疗后均达临床治愈,均无复发,无严重不良反应。结论综合治疗对合并其它性传播疾病的尿道口尖锐湿疣有较好的效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum around external orifice of urethra complicated with other STDs.Methods Twenty--seven case of condyloma acuminatum around external orifice of urethra complicated with gonorrhea and/or NGU were with freezing or CO2 laser,and the urethrltis was also treated according to the pathogens.Follow--up was performed to all the patients after treatment.Results All the cases were successfully treated after the combined therapy without recurrence or sever side effect.Conclusion Combined therapy was effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum around external orifice of urethra complicated with other STDs.
