摘要
大学生就业难一直是社会普遍关注的问题,大学生就业竞争力不强的主要因素是就业能力缺失,提升大学生就业能力的有效途径是构建完善的大学生就业生态链,改进大学教育人才培养模式,加强实践教学,确立以创新精神和实践能力为重点的素质教育观。
Difficulties in employment for College graduates have been the hot issues in society. The weak competitiveness mainly results from low employahility. It is maintained that some effective measures should he taken to enhance college graduates＇ employability, among which are constructing an employment eco--chain, improving college education mode, reinforcing practical teaching and forming an educational view in terms of quality development centering on creativity and practice.
