女性生殖道尖锐湿疣的治疗体会及预防

摘要 目的探讨女性生殖道尖锐湿疣的发病原因及其预防。方法对本院2007年5月至2010年5月本院收治的158例尖锐湿疣病人进行回顾性分析。结果尖锐湿疣病人绝大部分是由人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染所引起的一种生殖道传播性疾病。结论性交不是尖锐湿疣传播的唯一途径,病人污染物的接触和生殖道HPV的亚临床感染时尖锐湿疣传播中不可忽视的途径。
