摘要 用粉未压片 X 射线荧光光谱的峰背比法,测定土壤中的微量元素铌,可基本消除基体影响,测定结果可满足一般土壤分析的要求,方法的变异系数为15.9%,检测限为5ppm,方法回收率91.5~108%。 In this paper,a rapid and convenient method for determiniong trace element Nb in soil by X-ray fuoreseence Spectrograph has been studied and has been used in analysing more than ten thousands samples.The speci- men are prepared by powdering and briquiting;The matrix effect is correct- ed by the ratio of intensity between analyte-line and scaffered background. The averrage recovery is 91.5~108%,the relative standard deviation is 15.9%,the detection limit is 5ppm。
