摘要
SWOT分析法是一种对外部环境的机会、威胁进行分析辨别；同时，估量组织内部的优势与劣势，制定有效战略计划的方法，已在企业界应用30余年。研究型医院是强调科研创新的新型医院，是大型医院发展到一定阶段的产物。本文简述了SWOT分析法在创建研究型医院中的应用。
SWOT analysis which has been used for over 30 years in the circle of enterprises is a method for distinguishing and identifying O （Opportunities） and T （Threats） in external environment and at the same time evaluating S （Strengths） and W （Weaknesses） in the interior of the organization and then formulating an effect strategic plan. Research-oriented hospital is a new kind of hospital, which emphasis science recreating, it is an essential product that large hospital develops into some stage. This article sketches how the SWOT analysis is used in establishing research-oriented hospital.
