阴道超声在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的应用

目的探讨经阴道超声在诊断子宫内膜息肉中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析30例经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉的图像特征,并与诊断性刮宫或宫腔镜术后病理对照。结果经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的符合率为90.0%。其图像特征为:高回声型,呈圆形或椭圆形,边界清晰(27例);带长蒂中等回声型,呈长条状,位于宫颈管内,边界清晰(3例)。结论经阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉具有重要诊断价值。

Objective To study the applied value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods Thirty cases with endometrial polyps underwent the examinations of transvaginal ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed and compared with postoperative pathology by diagnostic curettage or the Hysteroscope.Results Diagnostic rate of endometrial polyps by TVS was 90.0%.It＇s image characteristic：high echo type with clear boundary,round or oval（27cases）;medium echo type with long pedicle,strip shape,located in cervical tube,with clear boundary（3cases）.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound has significant diagnostic value of endometrial polyps.
