摘要
洗毛碳化废水处理是一项难度较大的科研课题,目前国内外尚无突破性进展。本文介绍从改革洗毛碳化工艺入手,采用多系统综合处理废水的试验结果。实验证明,经除泥渣和提取油脂后的废水,可循环使用至三天,节约了软水、蒸汽、洗剂、助剂,减少了排放量,降低了废水中有机物含量,费用支出略有盈余。最终将废水纳入二级处理系统,力争使废水达到国家排放标准。
The treatment of scouring and carbonizing waste water is a more difficult research project, Up to now it haven't made breakout progress both at home and abroad. in this paper the author have adopted milt-scytem analysis method to reform scouring and carbonizing processes and instroduced the test results. Facts have cleaned the deaned waste water can be circle used at least three days, and achieved satisfactony results in econmy slash、vapor、scouring agent、auxiliary and so on. Finally, put the waste water into second process system, control the water pollution below the national standard.
