干雾抑尘技术在港口转运站的应用

港口带式输送机转运站的接料起尘点通常采用干式除尘设备进行除尘,由于起尘量大、接料处导料槽密封不严等原因,造成除尘效果不好。黄骅港在块煤筛分工程中的转接机房落料点应用干雾抑尘技术,取得了较好的除尘效果。

Usually,the dry dust collection equipment is employed in the material-receiving dusting point of port belt conveyor transfer station,for reasons of large amount dusting and poor sealing of material-guiding trough at the material-receiving point,etc.,the dust collection effect is reversely affected.The dry fog dust suppression technology is applied to the material-discharging point in the transferring and connecting room of the lump coal screening project,which achieves a good dust suppression effect.
