摘要
介绍目前国内某些大型冶金企业使用的吊运液态金属的铸造起重机主起升机构传动布置形式不符合即将出版的《铸造起重机技术条件》且近来也有事故教训的发生。为此对不符合安全运行的铸造起重机的主起升机构应进行改造,通过介绍在主起升传动链末速轴加安全制动盘的实例,对安全制动器的工作原理、调试,故障检测以及维护检修等方面的内容进行了介绍。
The paper states that currently,the main lifting mechanism transmission arrangement of ladle crane which is employed for lifting liquid metal by certain domestic large metallurgical enterprises do not meet the forthcoming national standard Ladle Crane Technical Conditions,and also accidents occurs recently.Therefore,for main lifting mechanism of ladle crane that do not meet the safety operation requirement,improvement shall be applied,and through the description of example which adds safety brake to the main lifting mechanism,the paper presents working principle,debugging,fault detection and maintenance overhaul of the safety brake.
